Yes. We can patch live calls to you or any destination you want. Please be reminded that there is a per minute charge of $0.06 for transferring calls to your preferred destination. 

At AnswerHero, we don't believe in contracts. You can enjoy our services for as long as you want, without being locked into a contract. You simply need to inform us 30 days before the end of your billing cycle if you wish to cancel your plan. We will be sad to see you go but we promise not to make it difficult for you to cancel.

We give each account its own, local number to forward calls to. The number is identified by our 24 hour answering service software, and then, the AnswerHero agent answering the call receives your account information.
